I Love You

This is the 2nd awesome photograph we have received from Chris & Lynn Jaksa of Chris+Lynn Photographers

In the photographer’s own words: “I love you.” Those were the words Brian whispered to Jennifer right after he saw her for the first time on their big day. The couple chose to have an intimate “First Look” ceremony before their wedding so Brian could express his surprise, joy, excitement, and love for his bride in a private setting. We love doing “First Look” sessions on the wedding day because there is so much anticipation and emotion! And the reactions of both the bride and groom are always so expressive and natural. We wanted to crop in tight for this image – just close enough to notice the details: the US Marine insignia on Brian’s uniform collar and the delicate heirloom jewellery on Jennifer’s ears. You can see more of Brian and Jennifer’s day in the featured wedding gallery on our portfolio at www.chrispluslynn.com as well as our most recent work on our Chris+Lynn Photographers blog.

I love doing “First Look” sessions too. During this time the couple really get a nice moment alone where the emotions are at a peak, the love expressed is unhindered by the presence of guests hovering, her makeup is fresh, and their focus is just on each other.

I agree this is an awesome photograph because it captures a perfect moment – you can see him say “I love you” and you can see her eyes light up and her smile reveals her joy. And I love the added element of the groom’s Marine insignia – it adds to the story.

    Very nice capture!
