Impish Grin

Todays awesome photograph is from Mandy Howe.

This photo was taken of my two oldest children. We were preparing to be a part of my parents 25th wedding anniversary celebration in which they renewed their vows to each other. The kids were being so sweet to each other. I love the little impish grin my son has though.

Todays awesome photograph comes to us from Arti Buxi.

This picture was taken in County Mayo, Ireland.  A lovely surfing contest was held by some lovely folks in the memory of their dear friend David on his second death anniversary.  Simon, David’s brother and last years winner was warming up before hitting the waves.  I managed to find myself at the right place at the right time to capture this moment.

About me – Residing in Bombay, India – I like to take capture people relating to and living in their surroundings.  But with my work and everything else – I rarely get to do this!

Today’s awesome photograph comes to us from Melissa Reid of Sean Reid Photography.

Personal cameras are everywhere at weddings these days but usually you see them during the ceremony or the reception!  This picture was taken while I was shooting second camera for my husband Sean Reid.  The bride was just finishing up her preparations when a few relatives showed up to wish her well.  As you can tell from her expression they were… unexpected…

Bradon By The River

Today’s awesome photograph comes to us from Paula Weise of My Perspective Photography.

This was taken for Bradon’s first birthday shoot at an apple orchard in Michigan. We decided to take a break and check out the river running through the orchard. Bradon seemed to be more interested in the rocks than being photographed. Luckily, I got this shot before he attempted to put the rocks in him mouth! This was my favorite shot from the whole day. It was taken with a Canon Digital Rebel and a Canon 50mm 1.4 lens.
